What was once the site of the Bonny Blink Farms is now the setting for Exton Station Community Association; a mix of 684 town homes and flats located in bucolic Chester County. Built in the mid 1980’s to early 1990’s, Exton Station is now comprised of four “sub-Associations”, Exton Limited Condominium Association, Jenny Lind Homeowners Association, Railway Square Condominium Association, and Vanderbilt Village Homeowners Association, operating under the umbrella of a “master association”.
The community, located near Route 100, King and Ship Roads, boasts easy access to Exton Train Station and a host of upscale shopping meccas such as Main Street at Exton and the Exton Mall. Its many amenities include a clubhouse (available for weekend party rentals), outdoor swimming pools, tennis and basketball courts, a ball field and playgrounds.
