"First of all I would like to highly recommend this PROFESSIONAL young woman because she was very impressive in staging my home for the photos and placed our home on Zillow to sell on Christmas eve. This was a strategic plan knowing that people were off of work for the holiday’s and may be shopping for a new home. She listened and knew that we wanted to sell quickly because we were buying another home without a contingency to sell the home that we lived in. Tameka always responded immediately and seems like she never took any time off. She seemed dedicated to only my husband and me but I know that she had many more clients at the time. She negotiated a nice selling price for us and got our home sold within 45 days. Tameka actually showed our home like it was her home to sell and won the buyers over with her enthusiastic attitude (she happened to be the agent that was called to show the buyers our home) She immediately turned the interested buyers onto another agent because she wanted the buyers to know that she solely worked for US. "Tameka first helped my sister and myself 6 years ago to find a rental in Coatesville, PA. Our first encounter was absolutely delightful, and when it came time for us to move again, she was the first call we made. After unsuccessfully finding another rental, she informed us about different loan programs we could apply for in order to buy our very first home. The process had it’s ups and downs, but Tameka never waivered in her positive spirit and professionalism. She knew what we wanted and in the end, she helped us to secure our dream home. There really aren’t enough wonderful things to say about her. She’s not just going to be your realtor, she’s going to be your friend as well. "Tameka sold our house in Coatesville in 2011 and helped us find and buy the house of our dreams in west Chester. This was a time when the housing market was tough but she kept with it and never gave up on our house that we were selling. She was a tough negotiator for the west Chester house as well. "When I was put intouch with Tameka via Veteran’s United Home she was “Johnny on the spot with her help and carried out all my request. She helped me locate what is now my “home”.
Her knowledge of the area, and what I was looking for was outstanding.
If I had any questions she had the answer or got the answer for me.
Her skill in getting me the price I wanted to pay and help in getting me some help with closing cost was just great.
If I intended to look for another home, I would want Tameka, “in my corner”

She made the entire process very easy for us, from advising us on the staging through keeping us apprised of how all the pieces fit together for the settlement. She put together some very high quality photographs for the listing, and her description of our townhome and its extensive updates was very thorough and so enthusiastic that we had several showings immediately. The home sold in just four days for our full asking price. She handled the appraisal and inspections for us, and helped us quickly reach a mutually agreeable arrangement with the buyer for a few minor fixes.
